To motivate directors to upgrade to the latest version of its OS, Microsoft has released a new tool designed to facilitate migration. Improved version of the Application Compatibility Toolkit deployed Windows 7 era, Windows Upgrade Analytics service (WUAs) can analyze the compatibility of the infrastructure with Windows 10. In case of discrepancy, the tool also offers solutions for remedy.
With this new tool, which states clearly any difficulties to get around, the firm wants to promote the adoption of its OS. WUAs can also be used for managing the necessary drivers to new terminals with Windows 10. Ultimately, it will also analyze the impact of updates on infrastructure.
