VMware and Amazon Web Services (AWS) signed an agreement that the SDDC (software defined data center) Cloud Foundation VMware is focused on AWS. The management of VMware summarizes this collaboration as that of the alliance of the best private cloud and public cloud best.
The offer will allow users solutions vSphere, VSAN and NSX exploit them in AWS environments. The current progress is still in beta mode, the aptly named VMware Cloud on AWS should go live in by 2017. It would also allow AWS to attract VMware customers by allowing them to not run the entire stack SDDC in their own data centers. One possibility at this point demanded by the users that helped bring these two historical foes.
