UBS has published a study that shows the confidence of users in the various smartphones on the market. 89% of iPhone users is said to be fully satisfied with their terminal and admits to wanting to just replace with a new iPhone. Others, however, struggling with 28% Samsung, HTC and Nokia at 38% to 24%.
As for the Android platform, 55% of users say they want to remain faithful to the operating system but want to change smartphones, while 31% admit to wanting to move to the iPhone. The percentage rises to 50% if you refer users to other platforms.
Only 10% of users IOS, however, wants to change smartphone operating system.
