The conflict between Samsung and Apple already reaches the hottest part making it difficult for the jury to come up with a good decision. Apple has been legally against Android mobile operating system for years already and it was not only Samsung.
Apple tried to stop Samsung from copying the design of iPhone and iPad. If the court rules for Apple, it can lead to ban of Samsung product in the region. To counter Samsung tried to tell us that it will lead to limit the customer choice in the market since Samsung has been in the second place after Apple in the shore already.
Apple is seeking $2.5 billion demand from Samsung claiming that Samsung earned 35.5% on mobile phone and tablet basically around $8.16 billion in U.S. market.
We are still waiting to hear the final decision from the court to determine the future of the two mobile phone manufacture.
