Apple Forces Samsung to Stop Selling Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia

The tension is escalated between Apple and Samsung. The Cupertino company has in fact forced the Korean giant to remove the tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1 of the Australian market to the judge’s verdict. It is now impossible to buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. According to Steven Burley, Apple’s lawyer in the country, Apple’s complaint to the Court of Justice Annabelle Bennett of Sydney indicates that the tablet Samsung violates 10 patents from Apple that primarily design and touch technology.

Samsung To Fix Its Galaxy Tab 2 to Compete with iPad 2

The Samsung has apparently it agreed to suspend the sale of its shelf until the final verdict of the judge. The Korean manufacturer also provided three models of Galaxy Tab 10.1 to Apple’s expertise, models sold in Australia are different from those sold in the United States. In the U.S., the trial is ongoing and authorities have not yet decided.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is currently sold in the United States and Europe.

We are waiting for further negotiation between the two parties.
