Many new iPad users have reported the overheating at the lower left corner of the device and this problem was raised on Apple Discussion board. Respond to the problem, Apple claimed that the tablet has LTE support, faster processor, longer battery life and better retina display which are the source of overheating.
Learning closer to the problem, the usual temperature of the tablet should around 32-95 Fahrenheit and the iPad 3 is around 92 Fahrenheit which is under control. If you experience overheating, you can contact Apple Care for solution.
