Samsung has just decided to go to court again but this time is against Samsung in Korea. Galaxy S 4G phones, Epic 4G Google Nexus S which were produced by Samsung and the tablet Galaxy Tab violate Apple’s intellectual property. It is another serious problem between Samsung and Apple.
These are Apple said: “Rather than innovate and develop its own technologies and its own style for its smartphones and tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple technology and the user interface and innovative style in the products concerned.”
This trial should also further complicate relations between the two companies, even though Korean society is very segmented and that a trial against a division does not affect another. Remember that Apple buys a very large part of Samsung’s flash memory.
