An Israeli journalist, in fact, says that Apple is about to start building a center for semiconductor research and development right in Israel. This would be the first Apple development center to be created outside the borders of the United States.
Indeed it seems that Apple has already dispatched the Aharon, an expert in semiconductors, in order to recruit staff for the new development center.
With this, Apple set up a development system “in house” that would enable him to create the components for its devices without having to ask for help from other companies. This would have two advantages: to bring to market products inaccessible to competition, lower costs of purchase and consequently increase revenue and decrease costs for customers.
The development center in Israel that would arise would allow Apple to do everything from the processor to the controllers to mass storage devices components for wireless communication and power systems.
