Apple and Samsung has been to the court in Germany once already over the similar design of Galaxy Tab 10.1 with the iPad. It took Samsung months to get this product back to market but with different design. It is Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N Of course it is hard to bring a new design to the existing hardware design but the company has done it but not much has changed with the design. Apple wants to ban it again.
This new version of the Galaxy Tab key was to change a custom frame in which the silver on the front side of the tablet are bent and the speakers are visible on the front. However it is not enough for Apple. This tablet was still too much in design similarities with the iPad.
