The answer is NO. According the survey conducted by Gene Munster, iPad 2s were totally sold out now. The estimated amount of iPad 2s were sold was about 400,000 to 500,000 tablets for around 24 hours during the launch day. What’s most surprisingly is 70% of iPad 2s were sold to new buyer. On the other hand, Deutsche Bank’s Chris Whitmore also did an analyst by calling about 100 stores (50 Apple retail stores, 20 Best Buy and Wal-Mart stores and a handful of AT&T and Verizon stores) and reported the same result as Munster’s.
However, I think that most people who get the first chance to buy the iPad 2 will have problem with yellow tinting at bottom of screen. That means you are not lucky to be the first to buy it but maybe the first to buy the good quality one.
