For a few seconds, Apple officially released iOS 5.0.1 for all users. Finally we can upgrade to iOS 5.0.1 and the main purpose of this update is to fix battery life which was complained by many users, multitasking on iPad and speech recognition for Australian on Siri.

Mobile phone platform is quite confusing that what Adobe is thinking about. Flash is the biggest business of Adobe in PC field and taking step in to mobile platform with Android but not iOS. Steve Jobs had already planned four years ago, when he made it known that Flash Player was not suitable for mobile devices and would never implemented on the iPhone. And now, even Adobe gives up, leaving the development of Flash Player for mobile provision and investing in tools that take advantage of HTML 5.

Thank to the great with of hacker pod2, way to untethered jailbreak iOS 5 is possible but it requires more work to do to release the final version. There is no more detail on how and when they will push out for public use since the tools are still far from ready. However now there are only some specific iPhone 3G released before 2009 can be untethered jailbreak meanwhile other devices are still in the dump.

Updating to the latest iOS 5 is very interesting but if you think that the tethered jailbreak is quite annoying, you downgrade your iDevices from iOS 5 to iOS 4.3.3. It works with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad (some not work). You just need to have saved your SHSH in Cydia servers (mandatory).

Apple will release something very interesting in 2012. Recall in 2011, Apple has release two main products which are iPad 2 and the iPhone 4S. Of course you don’t miss that the two products just follow the same design as iPad 1 and iPhone 4 but you know what, in 2012, Apple will have something new for you.
