A new chapter of Patent War between Samsung and Apple has just started in an other country, Netherlands. In responding to restriction of Galaxy Tab in Germany, a new lawsuit was filed against Apple. It is a clear respond from Samsung as this giant has committed to fight legally with Apple. Samsung has made ​​it clear that the new legal action against Apple concerning especially but not exclusively, the latest Apple products, including iPhone and iPad. It can be concluded that all of the iDevices of Apple has violated 3G technology.

Apple iPad 2 was very successful since other rival in the market faced up with low interest except the Samsung Galaxy Tab series. According the an analyst of JP Morgan, Apple doesn’t want to rush in to production line for the iPad 3 in 2011. The improvement of iOS 5 will bring the new look to Multitasking application on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.

Since the introduction of iOS 4, the multitasking is available and of course it was quite complicated to get this app on iOS but now it is there and Apple is expected to make some change over this multitasking with its next iOS 5. As default to gain access to multitasking application, you have to double-click the home button to  bring up applications that are being used or have been recently used. Once the multitasking is displaying the rest of the screen is then not used.

Finally the court ruled that Apple won and Samsung must not permanently sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in German. This is the result of Apple filed Samsung tablet over the design in which Apple tried to claim that Samsung tablet’s design is too similar the what of its iPad 2. With this winning, Apple also wanted Samsung to abandon selling its tablet in Europe but German court is still not yet decided since the court don’t know it if has the right to stop Samsung from selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in other European countries.

From the very serious source, Wall Street Journal, Apple would work with suppliers and assemblers to offer iPad 3 with high resolution screen at the beginning of next year. The next generation of iPad should have a screen 9.7 inches with definition of 2048 x 1536 pixels against only 1024 x 768 pixels for the iPad 2. Suppliers have already sent the first copies to Apple for validation.

Now patents war between Apple and Samsung is getting even more interesting when Apple has filed complaints over Galaxy series of Samsung smartphones and tablets. Indeed, the complaint filed by Apple in the Netherlands for the full range of Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The tablet models include Galaxy Tab 7 and 10.1 while the smartphones include Galaxy Gio, Nexus, 551, Europa, Apollo, Mini, Ace, S and of course the last Galaxy S II who knows a great success.

Apple has obviously decided to stand firm for the iPad. After the resulted suspension of the commercialization of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 of Samsung in Australia and Europe, the Californian company is now attacking the Motorola Xoom tablet in Europe. As for the Samsung tablet, Apple filed a motion to the court of Dusseldorfin Germany hoping to reach the same conclusions. The Cupertino company accuses Motorola of using the same design as the iPad tablet with his Xoom.
