It is better to get this new OS to compare with the leading tablet in the market currently by Apple, iOS 5.

Finally the court ruled that Apple won and Samsung must not permanently sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in German. This is the result of Apple filed Samsung tablet over the design in which Apple tried to claim that Samsung tablet’s design is too similar the what of its iPad 2. With this winning, Apple also wanted Samsung to abandon selling its tablet in Europe but German court is still not yet decided since the court don’t know it if has the right to stop Samsung from selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in other European countries.
The latest beta version of Redsn0w 0.9.8, released recently by the Dev Team , is now able to jailbreak iOS 5 beta 7. The news comes from MuscleNerd, leaders of the iPhone Dev Team and author of this tool for the jailbreak.
From the very serious source, Wall Street Journal, Apple would work with suppliers and assemblers to offer iPad 3 with high resolution screen at the beginning of next year. The next generation of iPad should have a screen 9.7 inches with definition of 2048 x 1536 pixels against only 1024 x 768 pixels for the iPad 2. Apple has obviously decided to stand firm for the iPad. After the resulted suspension of the commercialization of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 of Samsung in Australia and Europe, the Californian company is now attacking the Motorola Xoom tablet in Europe. As for the Samsung tablet, Apple filed a motion to the court of Dusseldorfin Germany hoping to reach the same conclusions. The Cupertino company accuses Motorola of using the same design as the iPad tablet with his Xoom.
