Eldar Murtazin: Microsoft to Buy Nokia?

It’s rumor time. They want to put pressure on Microsoft to buy Nokia, the Finnish manufacturer. After finishing the partnership for Windows Phone 7, rumors suggested that more conclusion will be decided by next week discussion between the two sides.

Eldar Murtazin, a famous Russian blogger who has made a specialty of rumors from the market of mobile telephony, which announced on Twitter that small software company is ready to sign a check of 19 billion dollars to buy a small manufacturer of phones.

This is the second time in a few days Murtazin evokes this hypothetical redemption, forcing a spokesman for Nokia to disprove the rumor by calling totally unfounded. Still, Nokia has just informed its shareholders that its second quarter results will be worse than expected.
