This Root Toolkit allows you to do all of these things in one-click:

• Drivers and SDK files install
• Root + Unlock which allows to obtain the release of the bootloader and gain root permissions
• Unroot + OEM Lock, which allows you to bring the smartphone to the stock version, eliminating the root or “re-lock” the bootloader

Currently it is the first version of this tool which support Verizon LTE smartphone. In any case the developer has already indicated that it is working to establish a version of the toolkit dedicated to the GSM version of the Samsung Nexus Galaxy.
