Finally the court ruled that Apple won and Samsung must not permanently sell its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in German. This is the result of Apple filed Samsung tablet over the design in which Apple tried to claim that Samsung tablet’s design is too similar the what of its iPad 2. With this winning, Apple also wanted Samsung to abandon selling its tablet in Europe but German court is still not yet decided since the court don’t know it if has the right to stop Samsung from selling its Galaxy Tab 10.1 in other European countries.
As the result of the court ruled, Samsung said in the email that the restriction of selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in German, it will limit the consumers choice. As the spokesman of Samsung also vowed to fight legally with Apple over patents violation especially its wireless technology.
Apple has strong commitment to file Samsung over the same issue in other countries.
