This is should not be missing. There are much that you can do with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich since the source code is about to be released developers community. We missed the source code of Android Honeycomb already but according to Rohan Shravan, November 17th will be the release date for SDK of Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Remember that Galaxy Nexus will be announced on November 16 and a day later should be quite reasonable to push out the source code. However now we are just a few day ahead of the official announcement. Sweet time waiting!
