Violation patent is one of the most concern of every mobile phone company and it is becoming even more serious since it causes millionaires and accusations of patent ownership. Anyone who has followed the vicissitudes surely knows, roughly, what has happened lately. On the one hand Microsoft claims that a fee for each HTC and Samsung sold with Android system because of violation of a patent.
Apple now with Samsung on the other seems to have a friendship, or enmity, legal, especially. Trademarks, patents and many interests are at the center of attention, but, Eric Schmidt, Google CEO, one thing seems certain: “The big news in the past year has been the explosion of Google’s Android phones, and the result is the current response of our competitors. Unfortunately, instead of responding with innovation, they prefer to fight back with lawsuits. We have done nothing wrong and these causes have resulted only envy our success.”
This is the result of the first round lawsuit result between Apple and HTC that the court claims HTC has violated two patents. Schmidt said that Google will support in the battle against Apple and HTC will not accept a defeat as the outcome of the battle, legal of course.
So, Apple seems to fear of Android, according to Schmidt, the great competitors that do not seem able to fight against the excessive power of Android now. Strong words of challenge and certainly aware of a great power that is now increasingly consilidando for Android ecosystem.
