How to Downgrade iOS 5 to iOS 4.3.3 (Full Tutorial)

Updating to the latest iOS 5 is very interesting but if you think that the tethered jailbreak is quite annoying, you downgrade your iDevices from iOS 5 to iOS 4.3.3. It works with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad (some not work). You just need to have saved your SHSH in Cydia servers (mandatory).

Downgrade Downgrade IOS 5 to IOS 4.3.3

Note: You can also download a previous version if you have the SHSH of that version.

Note: This makes a jailbreak only iPhone version, not the baseband, we can not lower the baseband.

Requirement:

1. Last iTunes available
2. Firmware 4.3.3
3. TinyUmbrella

Here are the instructions:

First of all open TinyUmbrella, go to “Advance” and select this option: turn them to close, this will modify your host file automatically.

Step 1: Open TinyUmbrella and connect your device.

Step 2. Click the Start button TSS Server (iTunes will close automatically)

Step 3. Open iTunes and click SHIFT + Restore for Windows or Alt + Restore for Mac.

Step 4. Select the iOS 4.3.3, you downloaded.

Begin the restoration, not close TinyUmbrella

If all has gone well, you can go to and press Stop TinyUmbrella TSS Server.

Did you come 10xx error and has been in recovery mode?

Go to TinyUmbrella and click Exit Recovery

Wait until your device restarts

Are you still in recovery mode?

Put the iPhone into DFU mode, iTunes will display a warning “iPhone detected in recovery mode”

To put the iPhone in DFU, connect to your computer and turn it off, press the Home button and power simultaneously for 10 seconds, 10 seconds past the stop pressing the power button, but continue pressing the Home button until iTunes a message saying it has detected an iPhone in recovery mode.

Once in DFU, see Recovery Fix TinyUmbrella and click your device and restart.

Missing the 3194?

Uninstall iTunes and reinstall it, if this does not fix your error try a different computer.
