Samsung has been trying to make it harder to access to root their devices but this won’t stop from here. You still can find tool and method to root your Galaxy S III.

Download:
- NEE ALE8 firmware (Insecure kernel)
- Download ODIN 1.85
- Download sgs3-root-install.zip (SuperSU v0.89)
Step 1: Extract Kernel so you can get a .tar file.
Step 2: Put your device into Download Mode by pressing and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons and press Volume Up.
Step 3: Now start ODIN. Connect your device via USB then on ODIN, click on PDA and browse to the directory where to store the extract .tar file which was downloaded above. Now select the .tar file.
Step 4: Click on Start. Now you are in flashing process.
Step 5: Set your device into USB Debugging by go to Setting > Application > Development.
Step 6: Looking back to download section, you need to extract sgs3-root-install.zip (downloaded above). Now you can run adb root commands the double-click on the install.bat the it will reboot.
Congratulation, now your Galaxy S III is fully rooted!
