iCloud is a new service offered by Apple which allows you to sync iWork to the cloud and you can gain access to it from other iDevices without using iTunes. With the introduction o fOS X 10.7.2 Lion, Mac now supports this service. If you don’t know, you should understand that you can upload any new iWork on iClould in order to be able to change or access it on all other iDevices.
In order to sync document to iCloud, fist you must connect to the service (iCloud) and you should note that Apple offers 5GB free space that you can purchase more space. Now you must login with your Apple ID and password.
Hence, as suggested by the simple interface, you must select the fifth icon, the second in the bottom right, namely that of iWork. This will open a new screen that will allow us to display (without making any changes) all documents already on iCloud. To add new ones you must click on the icon of the settings that are in the top right and then click on “Loading”.
To upload a text document you will need to ensure that you are dedicated to the tab Pages, a spreadsheet, however, in that of Numbers, and Keynote presentations to (distinguish voices from the tabs at the top). The upload process should not endure a lot, of course, the wait varies depending on the size and therefore the weight of the files you want to load on ‘iWork in the cloud’.
When fully charged, all the files you just selected will be visible in iWork for iOS.
