The famous update to Android HTC Desire 2.3 (Gingerbread) will be sent at the end of the month. One more episode is out for the update of the HTC Desire. But like any story, back on fact, for those who missed. Initially the smartphone would go on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) for Desire HD but not in full features.

But turnaround in mid-June, on his Facebook page, HTC stated simply that the update was canceled. At the number of negative feedback, the brand then had to back the next day and show that it would finally take place. The next day we learned that this upgrade does not include all applications because the problem raised by HTC was initially a lack of memory. This meant Sense 2.1, not all new. On July 1 , testing this build had even begun.
Since yesterday, we read a new message on Facebook: “We have more news on our build Gingerbread for Desire. Our tests went well, so we’ll start deploying the update by the end of July.”
This ultra-disclosure is voluntary after the roars of the users. It only remains to wait to see the ROM leaks, to see which items have been removed.
