According to TheSSDReview, Intel is working on a new SSD series. The company is willing to release SSD 520 Series. This new SSD can be called Cherryville with SandForce controller. This new drive has big improvement than the previous model.
Learning about the specifications, Cherryville features 60 to 480 GB and have a 6 Gbps interface that will reach 550-520 MB / s sequential read-write with peak 75000/85000 IOPS (always read/write).
The information about his SSD of Intel is very limited and no more detail about price but we know that it has lesser than 5 year warranty.
