Developers iOS increasingly interested in video output capabilities iOS devices. After Firemint who published an update of his play Real Racing 2 HD so that it displays correctly on an HDTV in 1080p via HDMI Apple’s Illusion Labs, which the studio working on the use Output video for his latest title Touch Grind BMX.
It is no longer the iPad 2 which is used, but the iPhone 4. The phone would then serve as a simple joystick and the image is in turn transmitted to the external monitor.
As a reminder, there will soon need more wire, but simply because the Apple TV, IOS 5.0 will transfer the image of the wireless application directly to the TV via the protocol AirPlay. This is a serious competitor to the Wii U whose output is not expected until next year.
