Periodically, Apple provides maintenance iTunes Connect portal that allows sending and management of published applications from developers on the App Store. Apple has recently communicated to all developers that the next surgery will be held on 13 February.
The next iTunes Connect service will be held Monday, February 13 from 19.00 to 12.00. In this time you can not apply changes to the applications, send updates or new applications for approval in the App Store. After this, the iTunes Connect becomes available and working.
The communication mainly interested developers of applications for iPhone and iPad.
