Pod2g, the hacker about a year ago discovered the well-known exploits called Shatter, has just announced on Twitter that he discovered a vulnerability in IOS 5 which allows untethered jailbreak for this firmware version. However, in the words of the same pod2g, the exploit will still need further tests to verify proper operation.
