Sony Ericsson is the combination of both Sony and Ericsson which both share the same amount of share with this brand. Of course the last few years we can surely notice good and and improvement of this mobile phone manufactures. According to an analyst Yoshiharu Izumi of J.P. Morgan in Tokyo, Sony is about to purchase the share of Ericsson of mobile business for 1.5 billion.
It is believed that the negotiation is in process but no official words from both parties over this buyout share yet. If we take a look at Sony Ericsson performance over the last few year, we can see clearly bad improvement. It started since 2009 that the company lost criticially 836 million euros due to the economic crisis.
Even now the overall performance of Sony Ericsson is not good since its rank drops from 3rd to 9th.
