Tomtom has introduced its 2 new software called “the Active Driver Feedback and WEBFLEET OptiDrive,” which is able to help you drive more safely. With Active Driver Feedback, you are given information about the fuel consumption, speeding, harsh steering, and braking. At the end of the trip, Active Driver Feedback will report of how well you’ve been driving. If it is not enough, WEBFLEET OptiDrive will be able to show you a chart by collecting and summarizing all data explaining how you have been driving as well.
What make this new Active Driver Feedback function most interesting is low driving costs and reducing carbon footprint. Obviously, fuel bills and maintenance charges account for nearly 30% of the cost of owning a vehicle. As soon as your fuel consumption goes down, so will your carbon footprint. So Active Driver Feedback can also help you realise your green ambitions.
