Samsung has just revealed its new phone for decent market with very simple specifications. Right at our nose, Samsung C3782 Evan is about to hit the market with low price. It is a dual-SIM phone with 2 slots for GSM network cards. It is a very portable phone with a 2.4 inches display with 240 x 320 pixels resolution. It also has a 3 megapixel camera at the back but not at the front.
