After the investment of Samsung to boost the logic chip plan in South Korea for about $1.98 billion, the company started its new investment about $4 billion on a chip plant in Austin, Texas. These are the biggest investments by the company of the year. The plant will help to cut the production cost of smartphone and tablet.
