Apple has won the war against Samsung over the Galaxy series design which Apple files several complaints that Samsung Galaxy Series is too similar to its iPhone and iPad as the result the court ruled the ban of Samsung in some specific countries. Now according to the Korea Times , the manufacturer Samsung is waiting for the release of the iPhone 5. It clearly shows that we will see how the two go into a serious war.
Many lawsuits between Apple and Samsung are taking place right, now Samsung is waiting for the right time to ban iPhone 5 in Korea. The temperature of the conflict between Samsung and Apple reach its peak now and every party is waiting and learning each opponent move and stick once the time comes.
Seem like till now there is not sign of peaceful agreement since more and more trails keep emerging in different countries that now there are up to 23 trials in 9 countries.
By taking a look back at the past good relationship, Samsung was the top material supplier including flash memory, Apple A4 and A5 processors and part of the screen. Now Apple is gradually changing supplier. The iPhone 5 screen should be produced by LG and future processor Apple A6 by TSMC.
