Archos is going hotter on its tablets especially the newly release G9 tablet. Among other manufacture, Archos has managed to release news related to the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for G9 which will be available by the first week of February.
Before recalling the specification, I want to get the best part of Archos tablet which are not just about software and hardware but also good price too. This G9 tablet can be as cheap as $299.
Recalling the specification of Archos G9, it has an 8-inch or a 10-inch screen, a dual-core OMAP4 processor, 1GB of RAM, a PowerVR SGX540 GPU, 250GB hard disk for your selection, WiFi, GPS and Android 2.3 but soon it will be 4.0.

We have seen Android smartphone acts as a tablet controller or Android device becomes a remote control of other tech stuffs but seem like this time we have something special from Motorola. It is Motorola Smart Controller.
In short it is a Bluethooth remote control which allows you to connect and gain control of Android smartphone or tablet. It is very simple to user with a few keys to press and ability to gain access to most functions of the Android device.
There are microphone and speaker which allow you to enjoy on call without touching your phone but there is something that should be complained which is the lacking of no screen. You must always look at the display of the phone or tablet to see what you are doing.
Motorola Smart Controller is expected to come for $99.

Good news for all owners of LG Optimus One, LG’s Android smartphone that has had the most success. Recently CyanogenMod 7 ROM is available for this device. They are both already available nightly for this device. Obviously based on Android 2.3.7, these unofficial updates offer a clean version of the Android system, without customization, and LG with some interesting graphical changes and optimizations.
It is not stable at the time of the Roma in development and therefore potentially buggy. The hope is to see in a short time the arrival of RC versions and then the final Stable.

Great job! Now Motorola Xoom can officially update to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This update is only available for U.S. version only. You should have received a notification which will be able to upgrade directly from your device. If you didn’t get it you might check its availability on setting. If you still can’t find the update in setting, you better wait for a few more days for this update widely spread.
This is absolutely the great work by Motorola to bring this ICS update to Xoom making it to be the first tablet with ICS. For Xoom users in other countries, this update should be able to come soon.

World of Goo is one of the best puzzle games for the Apple device. Available in both IOS and Mac. Recently the company claimed a success of reaching one million downloads. This game was considered as one of the best games for Apple device with similar success to Angry Birds.
Achieving the important milestone represents another opportunity for the developer to make the public aware of the quality of title that offers a simple and easy gameplay to a unique graphical style. The gameplay is typical of 2D Boy puzzle game is to overcome the various levels of the game by building various structures composed by “Goo Balls”, the funny characters that must be secured reaching the end of the level.
In addition 2D Boy has already pushed this game to Android platform in November 2011 already. We can wait to see if the game can manage to reach this success as iOS platform or not.

It is your choice, you don’t want to bother yourself with too many drivers install in the process, and you always can opt out for Mac. Thanks to a guy at XDA forum, thing is far easy for using ADB & FASTBOOT in Mac for HTC Desire. Just get back a bit to the past, iPhone was introduced to the market in 2007 and of course many people are so interesting about the way phone can perform. iPhone was not a new creation but a big innovation to what we already have on our previous phone. iPhone makes things much easier.

Mobile phone market is the most competitive one in the World now. To compete and catch up with rivals, Microsoft has decided to bring a complete redesign for Windows Phone. We have seen that slightly increase after Windows Phone Mango was introduced to the market but the number is still far behind Apple iOS and Google Android.
According to Joe Belfiore, one of the first engineers brought to the new Windows Phone team when it was formed:
“Apple created a sea change in the industry in terms of the kinds of things they did that were unique and highly appealing to consumers. We wanted to respond with something that would be competitive, but not the same.”
It was first started since 2008 that Microsoft started to redesign mobile phone operating system and of course result till 2010 was not so good that we can see lesser attractiveness of phone users around the World. Microsoft needs to do more serious change to catch up with iOS and Android.
