Apple has always been a head of Samsung at the court but now seem like Apple doesn’t want to hit the heart of Samsung by asking to ban the key smartphone in the U.S. market but only a few out of dated devices. As you can see in the list above, all of the phones are no longer the favorite of the users leaving Samsung peacefully sells their latest devices in U.S. market.
Galaxy S 4G, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S Showcase, Droid Charge, and Galaxy Prevail are all in the list. We are waiting for reaction from Samsung as well as from Apple for the reason of going after only the out-of-dated devices.

Samsung has just decided to go to court again but this time is against Samsung in Korea. Galaxy S 4G phones, Epic 4G Google Nexus S which were produced by Samsung and the tablet Galaxy Tab violate Apple’s intellectual property. It is another serious problem between Samsung and Apple.

Are you asking for a better price of Samsung Galaxy S 4G? Of course there are a few retailers offering a very competitive price but not really in this case.
T-Mobile has just stepped to the stage and announced a better price for $199.99 after $50 mail-in rebate. If you are willing to purchase a Galaxy S 4G then why not going directly to T-Mobile?

Even T-Mobile still don’t want to announced the exact price of Samsung Galaxy S 4G, seem like other online retailers don’t want to do the same. First price of the Galaxy S 4G was announced by Walmart for $148.88.
Now according the Radio Shack, the Galaxy S 4G will be available for $149.99 with two-year contract which is $1 more than Walmart.
However we are still waiting for the official announcement from T-Mobile.
