Samsung finally reveals 4-inch Galaxy S III mini in an event in Frankfurt, Germany. It turns the rumor into real. It was announced by JK Shin the company’s mobile chief claiming that the European market will see this smaller screen popular. It is to compete with the iPhone 5 as well.
For those who found the 4.8-inch Galaxy S III is too large then they can opt for this terminal while maintaining the same features. However seem like now the availability of Galaxy S III mini is still under consideration that even in the homeland Korea, it is still unavailable.

Bettina Wulff, the wife of former German president Christian Wulff, sued Google over the suggestions that she found inappropriate. It is able the pop-up to fill the form with some suggestion to complete. The result of the auto-suggest when searching for Bittina were “escort”, “prostituierte” (it means prostitute), and “rotlicht” (it means red light). She found the result is absolutely unacceptable.
It is not the first time that Google has been to the court with the auto-suggest since early 2012, Google was fined $65,000 that Google suggested the word “con man” and “crook” for Lyonnaise ( the Lyonnaise de Garantie bank) by a French court.

Samsung has announced for the German market the Galaxy Y Duos, one of Android devices belonging to the range of Dual SIM smartphone. The price is very low if we consider the technical and amounted to 249 euros. It seems that Samsung will continue to sell their Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany without any restrictions, contrary to what is required by Apple in the ongoing process between the two companies in Germany.
The decision was taken by the regional court of Monaco, Germany, the judge rejected the request received from Apple to block the sale of the Galaxy Nexus and the Galaxy Tab 10.1N within Germany, forcing it to block local dealers.
In the past months Apple has sought and obtained the block sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 as found to violate its patents, and in reply Samsung has released
an updated and modified from the said tablet with the name of Galaxy Tab 10.1N. The California-based company, despite the modified version, considered permissible to ask for the lock again, although on this occasion, however, the court has decided to speak in favor of Samsung, allowing the marketing of its product in Germany.

The quest is solved now thanks to a study on the user of mobile phone for business purpose. The study was conducted by Check Point over 768 well-known companies around the world including United States, Canada, Germany and Japan.
The study shows that iOS is the most used which cover about 30% follow very close by BlackBerry with29%. The third place is Android which has 21% and Windows Mobile or Windows Phone has 18%.
If we look at the cyber or malware attack rate, Android has as high as 43% meanwhile iOS with 36%. BlackBerry is better with 22%. However the study turns to put the concern over the knowledge of the phone user that they simply do something or press any button which allow the malware or cyber attack to play with their security.

Apple had many many wins in his legal battle against Samsung for the copying of designs but now Samsung has given a blow to the company on the block. Cupertino’s legal team had asked the California court to block sales of smartphones from Samsung in the United States as already applied in other countries like Germany and Australia where Samsung is finding real problems to sell your tablet.

Apple and Samsung has been to the court in Germany once already over the similar design of Galaxy Tab 10.1 with the iPad. It took Samsung months to get this product back to market but with different design. It is Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N Of course it is hard to bring a new design to the existing hardware design but the company has done it but not much has changed with the design. Apple wants to ban it again.

A new chapter of Patent War between Samsung and Apple has just started in an other country, Netherlands. In responding to restriction of Galaxy Tab in Germany, a new lawsuit was filed against Apple. It is a clear respond from Samsung as this giant has committed to fight legally with Apple. Samsung has made it clear that the new legal action against Apple concerning especially but not exclusively, the latest Apple products, including iPhone and iPad. It can be concluded that all of the iDevices of Apple has violated 3G technology.
