Thanks to a guy at XDA forum, thing is far easy for using ADB & FASTBOOT in Mac for HTC Desire. The requirement is so simple that all you need are Mac, USB cable and Android SDK for Mac which can be downloaded from here.

Starting from now, HTC Desire S in India can update to Android 2.3.5 and Sense 3.0. This is a very big improvement that you will notice most of the user interface changed including the lock screen, message, widget and more.
