Happy time is passing slowly but now it is going to be faster. During the last few weeks, the sale of iPad 2 falls significantly. It happened to sudden that it is hard to find out solution to this problem. Jailbreaking is a very big business. Just hours after the release of iOS 5.0.1, jailbreaking is possible now. However this jailbreak is still tethered by using Redsn0w 0.9.9b8. The process is not hard but tethered jailbreak is still hard to use and if you want to untethered jailbreak, you should stay away from iOS 5.0.1 for awhile.

The DevTeam has just updated to Redsn0w version 0.9.9b8 to tethered  jailbreak iOS 5.0.1. A while ago we had you served the previous version but selecting the firmware 5.0, you now must select the 5.0.1 directly.Preserves the baseband creating a custom firmware (only from Mac for now) but Ultrasn0w EYE is not yet compatible with iOS 5.0.1, however Gevey if it will work (if your baseband is released).
