At Computex Taipei, ASUS officially announced its greatest and latest two-in-one device called “Padfone.” With Padfone, you will be able to get three benefits. First of all, Padfone comes with a dynamic switch display. This feature allows you to experience a bigger and larger screen on Web browsing and Mailing as the Padfone will automatically adjust the display when you put your phone to the tablet. What’s more, it is about the battery life of your smartphone. The Padfone is able to expand your smartphone battery life since it will charge your phone when both devices are connected. So, your phone won’t easily run out of battery. Last but not least, you can use one Sim Card with with 2 connection (Padfone and your Smartphone) without charging. That means you don’t need to pay double the fee. Unfortunately, there is no word on full details, pricing, and availability date.

Here comes a very new concept which is really ready into production. At Computex Taipei, ICE came up with an idea of invent a single electronic device that could serve many functions (all in one device). One of those devices that ICE shown at Computex 2011 is “the BIG Fone”. The BIG Fone is able to turn a smartphone in to a tablet. As you see the photo below, the 10.1″ tablet swallows a smartphone and uses it as the core system to serve many functions. It is said that the BIG Fone support almost all most smartphones and OSs (iOS, Windown Phone 7 and Android). I think it is a very interesting concept that can come to reality. Do you want to know about the latest HP TouchPad? For those who did not attend the event at Computex Taipei where Scandisk shown off the HP TouchPad. Here is the video! On 20 May at 19h local time, an impressive explosion took place in the campus of Chengdu, a factory of the manufacturer Foxconn. This tragedy has left two people dead and 16 wounded among the workers. The blast partially destroyed one of two sites dedicated to the production of iPad 2. Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire and an investigation is underway to determine the causes of the tragedy.

The first tablet of the American giant HP will land next month in the United States with 32GB version for $599. HP TouchPad we had presented last February. The first tablet of HP would land in the month of June. It would come in a 9.7-inch touch screen, resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Previously HTC has promised to bring its tablet, the Flyer, to Europe in May 9th but a little later, the Flyer is available in up to 14 countries basically in EU. According to the latest announcement, the price of HTC Flyer proposes the 32GB model with WiFi and 3G for € 649.99 including VAT. The online retailer also offers a 16GB version WiFi-only pre-orders at € 524.99 including VAT (while we waited at least 500 €) and a similar variation of 32 GB, also pre-order, which has yet to price.
