The Dev-Team said in a statement on the official blog:
Redsn0w has been updated to version 0.9.8b5 introducing support for iOS5 beta5. Use this tool only if you are a developer of applications for users with a jailbroken Apple developer account, and remember that for now it is a tethered jailbreak!
To run the jailbreak iOS 5 beta 5 will have to use the file .ipsw firmware 5.0 beta 5 in Redsn0w when prompted. Recall also that the execution of the jailbreak is possible on all devices that can be upgraded to iOS 5 excluding the iPad 2.
